Replacement Part Instructions:

If you would like a replacement part, please fill out the form below, providing a reason and/or picture of the broken part. We are replacing parts free of charge (shipping costs only).

We are a small company, and since these parts are 3D printed, they can sometimes be susceptible to damage. We’re working on a stronger design, but in the meantime, we’re happy to replace your parts.

Once you submit the form, add it to your cart, and checkout—it’s that easy! Once your request is approved, your replacement part will be shipped. If your request is not approved, we will refund the shipping cost.
