Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy (“Policy”) governs the subscription terms for access to the HeadsUpHockey app (the “App”), offered by HeadsUpHockey, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing and maintaining a subscription, you (“you” or “the customer”) agree to the terms set forth in this Policy.
1. Subscription Requirement
Access to the HeadsUpHockey App requires an active subscription. Without a valid subscription, you will not be able to use or access the App or any of its features.
2. Subscription Options and Billing
At the time of checkout, you may choose between the following subscription billing options:

Monthly Subscription: Automatically billed on a monthly basis.

Annual Subscription: Automatically billed once per year.
Your selected subscription plan will auto-renew unless and until it is canceled in accordance with Section 4 of this Policy.
If you wish to change your billing frequency (e.g., from monthly to annual or vice versa), please contact us at info@headsuphockey.ai. Changes to billing frequency will take effect at the beginning of your next billing period.
3. Payment Authorization
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize HeadsUpHockey, Inc. (or our third-party payment processor) to charge the designated payment method automatically on a recurring basis for the applicable subscription fee, including any taxes or other charges that may apply. You are responsible for ensuring that your billing and contact information is accurate and up to date.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

The link provided in your order confirmation or billing emails.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the App and its features through the end of the current billing term for which you have already paid. No further charges will be applied after the current term concludes.
5. Returns and Subscription Refunds
If you return the physical product associated with your purchase within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy, the subscription purchased alongside that product will also be refunded in full. Subscription refunds under this section are only available if the initial product return is approved and completed within the 30-day return window.
6. No Partial Refunds
Except as stated in Section 5 above, subscription fees are non-refundable, including in cases of partial use, early termination, or failure to access the App. No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time.
7. Modifications to Subscription Terms
We reserve the right to modify this Policy and/or our subscription offerings, including pricing, features, and terms, at any time. We will notify active subscribers of any material changes via email or by posting updates to our website. Continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
