We replace parts free of charge, all we ask is that you cover the shipping. Since these parts are 3D printed, they can sometimes be susceptible to damage. We're working on a stronger design, but for now, we offer free replacements to support you.
Once your request is approved, the part will be shipped. If not approved, the shipping cost will be refunded.
