At HeadsUpHockey, Inc., we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review the information below regarding our shipping practices and policies.

 

 

Order Fulfillment Schedule

 

We process and fulfill orders twice a week, on:

 

  • Mondays

  • Fridays

 

Orders placed by 11:59 PM ET on Sunday will be shipped Monday. Orders placed by 11:59 PM ET on Thursday will be shipped Friday. Orders placed outside these timeframes will ship on the next fulfillment day.

 

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Locations

 

 

United States

 

  • Shipping Cost: Free

  • Orders ship via standard delivery services with tracking included.

 

 

Canada

 

  • Shipping Cost: USD $13.99

  • Orders ship via international tracked shipping.

  • Important Note: Canadian customers may be responsible for customs brokerage fees, import duties, taxes, or other cross-border charges upon delivery. These fees are not included in the shipping price and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

 

Tracking and Notifications
