Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through the HeadsUpHockey online store. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.


1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return for any product purchased from HeadsUpHockey within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of delivery, as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking information. After this 30-day period, all sales are considered final and no returns will be accepted.

To qualify for a return, the product must be returned in its original condition and must include all original contents, packaging, components, and materials. HeadsUpHockey reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these requirements.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact HeadsUpHockey by email at info@headsuphockey.ai. Upon approval, detailed return instructions will be provided.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. HeadsUpHockey does not provide prepaid or complimentary return labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as HeadsUpHockey is not responsible for lost, delayed, or improperly delivered return shipments.

Returns must be shipped within ten (10) business days of receiving return approval.


3. Refunds

Refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected by HeadsUpHockey. If the return is approved, a full refund for the product cost (excluding shipping fees) will be processed to the original method of payment.

Original shipping charges and any return shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to appear on the customer’s account, depending on their financial institution.

HeadsUpHockey reserves the right to withhold a refund if the returned product is incomplete, damaged, or not in its original condition, as determined at the company’s sole discretion.


4. Damaged or Defective Products

Customers who receive a damaged or defective product must notify HeadsUpHockey immediately upon delivery by contacting info@headsuphockey.ai. Claims submitted beyond a reasonable period following delivery may not be honored.

HeadsUpHockey will, at its discretion, offer a replacement, issue a full refund, or otherwise resolve the issue in accordance with this Policy.


5. Subscription Cancellations

Customers with an active HeadsUpHockey subscription may cancel at any time through their account dashboard.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription periods. Customers will continue to have access to their subscription features until the billing period concludes.
